Conditions of the program

These terms govern the contracting of the academic stay programs coordinated by Casita in Spain. This is placeholder content: replace each section with the final contractual text provided by your legal advisors before launch.

Enrolment and payments

A placement is confirmed once the enrolment form has been accepted and the reservation payment received. The remaining amounts follow the payment calendar detailed in the enrolment documentation.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation conditions depend on how far in advance the cancellation is notified and are detailed in the enrolment documentation. Casita in Spain will always look for the least harmful solution for the student.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city where Casita in Spain has its registered office.
